WGASC Scholarship Awards and Distinguished Service Awards application is available here. Please note - this year we are only accepting electronic submissions of forms. Do not print the application form. Save the file to your computer and fill all of your information and then save the file. The upload page is available here.

Scholarship Donation Form
To make a donation to the WGASC Scholarship Fund, please use this form. Donations are accepted in the values of $2, $20 and $200 and payment is accepted via credit card.

2012 Contest Host Signup Form
To apply to host a contest for the 2012 season, use this form. PLEASE NOTE: To complete your application you must have separate pdf files for your gym maps, campus maps and pictures for your packet. New for 2011 - You must comlete a Gym Diagram form. A blank Gym Diagram form is available by clicking here. |
