The 2009 Show Host Meeting will be on Sunday, September 14, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. on the beautiful San Juan Hills High School campus. This open format will give Show Hosts the opportunity to discuss ideas and strategies for running a successful show. Show Hosts please download the 2009 Host Handbook before attending the meeting. See you on the 14th!

The WGASC will hold its annual education conference Sept. 7th, 2008 at Fountain Valley HS. Click here for more information. Registration will begin Aug. 15th.

The WGASC will be utilizing the WGASC DigitalJudge software for all WGASC shows in 2009. If you are interested in the opportunity to work with the most progressive Circuit in the country and are proficient with windows based media, please contact Carl Nelson, WGASC Color Guard Coordinator.

The MBOS adjudication panels are finalized for the 2008 season. Championships panel will be announced at a later date!

• Championships has reached 90% of capacity.
• October contests have reached 60% of capacity.
• November contests have reached 25% of capacity.
